7-day refund on first payment
If Noblesse Export is not a fit, contact us within 7 days of your first subscription payment for a full refund of that payment.
Renewals
Subsequent renewals and charges after the first payment are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
How to request a refund
Email support@noblesseexport.com from the address on your account with your name and the email used to sign up. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, access to paid features may end immediately or at the end of the processing period, at our discretion.
