About Noblesse Export
Noblesse Export provides software and a Chrome extension to help you schedule and automate posting to Facebook groups from your own browser session, together with a cloud dashboard for campaigns, logs, and related features.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Facebook’s terms, group rules, and all applicable laws.
Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape Meta systems outside your authorized session, or interfere with the service.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
Facebook and third parties
Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Noblesse Export is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta. Your use of Facebook remains subject to Meta’s policies. We do not control Meta’s products or enforcement actions.
Chrome extension
The extension operates within your browser to perform actions you authorize. You control which groups receive content and when posting runs.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown at checkout. One license typically covers one Facebook profile or page unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Refunds
Your first payment may be eligible for a 7-day refund as described in our refund policy.
Intellectual property
Noblesse Export and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service while your subscription is active and in good standing.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific marketing results, or any particular outcome on Facebook.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Meta or third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through billing settings or by contacting support.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
